1. Introduction and acceptance
Droos (droos.study) is an educational platform operated by TABS Enterprises FZ-LLC ("the Company", "we"). By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
The platform provides K–12 educational content through video lessons and supporting learning materials.
3. Accounts
You may register with an email and password, or sign in through a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. As the platform serves school students, accounts for minors must be created with the knowledge, consent, and supervision of a parent or guardian.
4. Trial period
New accounts may be offered a trial period of access to the content, subject to availability and to eligibility conditions set by the Company. A trial may be free or paid, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. The applicable details are shown on the platform.
5. Subscriptions and fees
Access to the platform's content or certain features may require a paid subscription. Applicable pricing and payment terms are shown on the platform.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. The following are prohibited: sharing login credentials, republishing, redistributing, or selling content, downloading or copying content by automated means, and any use that harms the platform or its users.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content — video lessons, materials, text, designs, and marks — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Using the platform grants you no rights in the content beyond viewing and personal use through the platform itself.
8. Availability and disclaimer
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. The educational content is a study aid and is not intended to replace formal schooling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.
10. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may stop using the platform, or request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these terms from time to time. Amendments are published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
